The invention discloses recycled concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of solid resource regeneration. The recycled concrete provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of cement; 200 to 300 parts of river sand; 250 to 400 parts of recycled coarse aggregate; 0.2 to 0.4 part of wood fiber; 1-3 parts of steel fiber; 15-25 parts of modified fly ash; 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent; 45 to 60 parts of water; the modified fly ash contains hydroxyl and heavy metal complexing groups. According to the recycled concrete provided by the invention, the compressive strength, the splitting resistance, the tensile strength, the freeze-thaw resistance and the dry-wet cycle resistance of the obtained recycled concrete can be effectively improved. The invention also provides a preparation method and application of the recycled concrete.
