Recycled aggregate concrete as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses recycled aggregate concrete and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of environment-friendly building materials, the recycled aggregate concrete comprises the following raw materials by weight: 250-270 parts of cement, 1800-1900 parts of silicate modified recycled aggregate, 100-110 parts of fly ash, 0.5-1.5 parts of a water reducer, and 140-150 parts of water. The method comprises the following steps: soaking the waste concrete in water for wetting, freeze-drying, and mechanically crushing until the particle size is 5-25mm; and screening to remove impurities, washing, soaking in alkali liquor for 2-4 hours, adding into a micro-powder silicate solution, and wrapping for 0.5-1 hour to obtain the silicate modified recycled aggregate. By optimizing the treatment method and the mix proportion design of the recycled aggregate, the key technical problem of application of the recycled aggregate in concrete is solved, and a green and low-carbon cyclic utilization scheme is provided for bridge engineering waste.
本发明公开了一种再生骨料混凝土及其制备方法和应用,属于环保建筑材料技术领域,所述再生骨料混凝土,按照重量份数计,包括以下原料:水泥250—270份、硅酸盐改性再生骨料1800—1900份、粉煤灰100—110份、减水剂0.5—1.5份、水140—150份。通过将废弃混凝土浸水润湿,冷冻干燥后,机械破碎至粒径大小为5‑25mm;筛分去除杂质,洗涤后,先置于碱液中浸泡2—4h,再加入到微粉硅酸盐溶液中,包裹0.5—1h,得到硅酸盐改性再生骨料。本发明通过优化再生骨料的处理方法和配合比设计,解决了再生骨料在混凝土中应用的关键技术问题,为桥梁工程废弃物提供了绿色低碳的循环利用方案。
