The invention discloses a power transmission line electrified tower body main material replacing device which is characterized by comprising a main supporting frame (1), an adjusting support (5), an adjusting device (3) and a main material hoop (7). The invention further discloses an implementation method of the tower body main material replacement device with the electrified power transmission line. The implementation method comprises the steps that 1, the fixing bottom plate at the lower end of the main supporting frame is fixed to an iron tower main material installation face needing to be replaced. The main supporting frame and the adjusting support are matched to support the deformed side of the main material of the iron tower, and the main supporting frame serves as a temporary main material of the iron tower, so that the main material can still be replaced under the condition that a power transmission line of the iron tower is electrified; and meanwhile, the height of the adjusting support is adjusted by arranging the adjusting device, the iron tower can be effectively leveled when the main material is replaced, and it is effectively ensured that the whole iron tower cannot incline or deform in the main material replacing process and after the main material is replaced.
本发明公开了一种送电线路带电的塔体主材更换装置,其特征在于,包括主支撑架(1),调节支架(5),调节装置(3),以及主材抱箍(7)。本发明还公开了一种送电线路带电的塔体主材更换装置的实现方法,其包括步骤1:将主支撑架的下端的固定底板固定在需要更换的铁塔主材安装面上等步骤。本发明通过设置的主支撑架和调节支架相配合,对铁塔主材变形一侧形成支撑,其作为铁塔的“临时主材”,使铁塔的输电线路在带电的情况下,仍可进行主材更换;同时通过设置调节装置来对调节支架的高度的调节,可在更换主材时对铁塔进行有效的调平,有效的确保了主材更换过程中和更换后,铁塔整体不会出现倾斜和形变。
