The invention relates to a slump-retaining early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the invention, polyether macromonomerswith slump retaining property or high water reducing property and early strength are adopted, unsaturated small monomers with very strong polarity are introduced in a synthesis process, and the slump-retaining early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared by adopting a double-dropwise adding mode under the action of an oxidation-reduction initiating system according to a free radicalpolymerization principle. The slump-retaining early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer of the invention remarkably improves early strength of the concrete, has outstanding slump retaining performance and good adaptability, does not influence later strength, contains no sulfate ions and chloride ions, and can be used for reinforced concrete and prefabricated parts. The slump-retaining early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the advantages of high water reducing rate, short setting time, simple and easily-controlled production technique, energy conservation performance, environment friendliness and no pollution.
