Bridge deviation adjusting system and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering, and provides a bridge deviation adjusting system and a construction method thereof.The system comprises a first lifting device, a second lifting device, a supporting column body, a lifting fixing device and a jacking device, and an assembly space is formed between the first lifting device and the second lifting device; the supporting column body is arranged in the assembly space and comprises a lower anchoring column section, at least one standard column section and an upper anchoring column section which are sequentially connected, and the lower anchoring column section is fixedly arranged on a preset supporting platform; the upper anchoring column section is selectively connected with the lifting fixing device, and when the standard column section is assembled, the upper anchoring column section is connected with the lifting fixing device; the jacking device is installed on the top of the upper anchoring column section and used for making contact with the deviated position of the bridge for jacking and supporting. The supporting column is divided into multiple sections, the problems that under-bridge clearance is limited, and the temporary pier is low in structural strength, rigidity and stability are solved, and adjustment of bridge deviation can be effectively achieved.
本发明涉及桥梁工程技术领域,提供一种桥梁偏位调整系统及其施工方法,该系统包括第一升降装置、第二升降装置、支撑柱体、提升固定装置和顶升装置,第一升降装置和第二升降装置之间具有装配空间;支撑柱体设置于装配空间内,包括依次连接的下锚固柱节、至少一个标准柱节和上锚固柱节,下锚固柱节固定设置于预设的支撑平台上;上锚固柱节与提升固定装置可选择地连接,在标准柱节进行装配时,上锚固柱节与提升固定装置连接;顶升装置安装于上锚固柱节的顶部,顶升装置用于与桥梁偏位的位置接触顶升支撑。通过将支撑柱拆分为多节段方式,解决桥下净空受限,临时墩结构强度、刚度底,稳定性差的问题,能够有效实现对于桥梁偏位的调节。
