The invention provides an energy-saving heat dissipation system for a green building and a control method and a manufacturing method thereof.The system comprises a temperature sensing optical fiber, a control layer, multiple heat conduction layers and a ceramic tile layer, the control layer, the heat conduction layers and the ceramic tile layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the ceramic tile layer is divided into multiple columns of ceramic tiles arranged in the extending direction, and every two adjacent ceramic tiles in each column are connected through heat conduction pieces; each heat conduction layer is overlapped right above the control layer, and tiles in corresponding rows in the tile layer are positioned right above the uppermost heat conduction layer; the temperature sensing optical fibers are arranged on the lower sides of the tiles in the corresponding rows, the control layer comprises a controller and control parts arranged for the tiles in the corresponding rows, and the controller is connected with the temperature sensing optical fibers and the control parts and determines the tiles with the temperature exceeding a set value in the corresponding rows according to temperature information detected by the temperature sensing optical fibers. According to the determined ceramic tiles, the corresponding control pieces are controlled to act, the ceramic tiles in the corresponding rows are connected with the corresponding heat conduction layers, and rapid heat conduction and heat dissipation in the set extending direction are achieved.
本发明提供一种绿色建筑用节能散热系统及其控制方法、制作方法,系统包括温度传感光纤、从下到上依次设置的控制层、多层导热层和瓷砖层,瓷砖层分为沿延伸方向设置的多列瓷砖,每列中各个相邻瓷砖之间均通过导热片连接,各层导热层叠加于控制层的正上方,瓷砖层中对应行瓷砖位于最上层导热层的正上方;温度传感光纤布设于对应行各个瓷砖的下侧,控制层包括控制器以及针对对应行的每个瓷砖设置的控制件,控制器分别与温度传感光纤和各个控制件连接,其根据温度传感光纤检测到的温度信息,确定对应行中温度超过设定值的瓷砖,根据确定的瓷砖,控制对应控制件动作,将对应行的瓷砖与对应的导热层连接,实现按设定的延伸方向快速导热散热。
