The invention provides an alumina porous ceramic carrier with a gradient pore structure and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of porous ceramics. According to the method, the appearance shape, the appearance size, the channel diameter, the number of channels, the arrangement mode and the gradient pore structure of the porous ceramic carrier are determined firstly, and then a 3D model of the porous ceramic carrier is established through computer-aided design; the 3D model is decomposed into slices through slicing software, and each slice is decomposed into different strip-shaped structures according to a hole layer structure; then carrying out 3D printing molding on the prepared three slurries with different components to obtain an aluminum oxide ceramic carrier green body; and finally, drying, degumming and sintering to obtain the aluminum oxide porous ceramic carrier with a gradient pore structure. Through the method, the porosity and the change rule of the porous ceramic carrier can be controlled, a fluid flow channel can be optimized, the fluid flow resistance is reduced, and meanwhile, the strength and the pure water flux of the carrier are guaranteed.
本发明提供一种具有梯度孔结构的氧化铝多孔陶瓷载体及其制备方法,属于多孔陶瓷技术领域。本发明中先确定多孔陶瓷载体的外形形状、外形尺寸、通道直径、通道数及排布方式、梯度孔结构,然后通过计算机辅助设计创建多孔陶瓷载体的3D模型;再将该3D模型用切片软件分解为薄片,将每片薄片按照孔层结构分解为不同的条状结构;然后将配置好的不同组分的三种浆料通过3D打印成型得到氧化铝陶瓷载体生坯,最后经过干燥、脱胶、烧结得到具有梯度孔结构的氧化铝多孔陶瓷载体。通过该方法能够控制多孔陶瓷载体的孔隙率和变化规律,可以优化流体流道,降低流体流动阻力,同时保证载体的强度和纯水通量。
