The invention discloses a recyclable foundation grouting guide pipe guiding and splicing construction method. The method comprises the following construction steps that S1, a guiding base is buried; s2, drilling holes; s3, embedding a guide pipe; s4, after the Nth section of catheter is buried, the Nth section of catheter is fixed through a catheter temporary fixing plug pin, and the catheter temporary fixing plug pin is pulled out; s5, all the guide pipes are pushed into the hole positions; s6, grouting operation is conducted on the hole site, in the process, it is guaranteed that the guide pipe is located in the middle of the hole site through the guide base, and the periphery is filled and wrapped with grouting liquid; s7, when grouting is close to a guide pipe hole, the device is taken out; s8, after the grout in the guide pipe hole sinks, secondary grouting is conducted in time till the guide pipe hole is full; and S9, after the age is reached, performing test detection according to design requirements. By the adoption of the construction method, the inlet hole perpendicularity (or angle) of the guide hole can be guaranteed, temporary fixing of the guide pipe is provided for on-site splicing and welding of the ultra-long guide pipe, and the guide pipe construction is facilitated to form a standardized process.
