本发明涉及一种利用电厂固废制备的实心砖及其制备方法。该方法包括：S1、向制备实心砖的原料中加水搅拌均匀，分级碾压得到第一物料；S2、所述第一物料经过陈化消解后，送入模具进行布料压制，脱模后得到成型的实心砌块；S3、将所述实心砌块送入预养护室进行预养护，得到预养护后的实心砌块，然后将所述预养护后的实心砌块送入养护釜，向所述养护釜内通入CO2气体，进行矿化养护，得到实心砖。本发明利用固废原料并进行矿化养护来制备实心砖，可以降低生产成本、提升产品固碳效果、增强产品抗压能力并显著提高固废原料使用量。
