The invention belongs to the technical field of building energy-saving materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of organic multi-element composite phase-change energy-storage thermal insulation mortar, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a ternary phase-change material; (2) preparing the composite phase change energy storage material; and (3) preparing the organic multi-component composite phase change energy storage thermal insulation mortar. The novel ternary organic phase-change material is synthesized and is adsorbed and compounded with a carrier (a mixture of MCM and perlite particles), then sodium silicate is adopted for wrapping, and a vacuum impregnation method is adopted, so that the leakage problem of the phase-change material is effectively solved, and meanwhile, the technical problems that the phase-change material is layered with a cement base and the like are avoided; effective application of the phase-change energy storage material in the building field is realized, and the phase-change energy storage material has excellent environmental benefits, economic benefits and social benefits.
本发明属于建筑节能材料技术领域,具体涉及一种有机多元复合相变储能保温砂浆的制备方法,包括下列步骤∶(1)三元相变材料的制备;(2)复合相变储能材料的制备;(3)有机多元复合相变储能保温砂浆的制备。本发明中通过合成新型三元有机相变材料,与载体(MCM和珍珠岩颗粒的混合物)进行吸附复合,然后采用硅酸钠进行包裹以及真空浸渍法,有效地解决了相变材料的泄露问题,同时避免了其与水泥基分层等技术难题,实现了相变储能材料在建筑领域中的有效应用,具有优异的环境效益、经济效益、社会效益。
