According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking aluminum isopropoxide as an aluminum source, polyethylene glycol as a porous template agent and magnesium silicon nitride whiskers as a carrier, dissolving the aluminum isopropoxide in isopropanol, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution I; adding magnesium silicon nitride whiskers into the mixed solution I, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a mixed solution II; diluted hydrochloric acid is added into the mixed solution II, magnetic stirring is carried out under the water bath condition, aluminum oxide monohydrate and magnesium silicon nitride sol is prepared, polyethylene glycol is added, oscillation is carried out in an ultrasonic oscillator, and sol-gel is obtained; carrying out suction filtration, washing, drying and grinding on the sol-gel to obtain coated powder; the coated powder is subjected to heat preservation in an inert atmosphere at the temperature of 1100-1200 DEG C, furnace cooling, crushing and screening are carried out, and the porous magnesium aluminate spinel and silicon magnesium nitride whisker composite powder is prepared. The shell structure is controllable, and the prepared product is high in core-shell bonding strength, high in stability and excellent in oxidation resistance.
本发明涉及一种多孔镁铝尖晶石@氮化硅镁晶须复合粉体及其制备方法。其技术方案是:以异丙醇铝为铝源、以聚乙二醇为多孔模板剂和以氮化硅镁晶须为载体,将异丙醇铝溶解在异丙醇中,搅拌,得到混合溶液Ⅰ;将氮化硅镁晶须加入混合溶液Ⅰ中,超声分散,得混合溶液Ⅱ。向混合溶液Ⅱ中加入稀盐酸,水浴条件下磁力搅拌,制得一水合氧化铝@氮化硅镁溶胶,再加入聚乙二醇,于超声波振荡仪中振荡,得到溶胶凝胶;将溶胶凝胶抽滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨,得到包覆粉末;将包覆粉末于惰性气氛和1100~1200℃条件下保温,随炉冷却,破碎,筛分,制得多孔镁铝尖晶石@氮化硅镁晶须复合粉体。本发明壳结构可控,所制制品核壳结合强度高、稳定性强和抗氧化性优异。
