Intelligent grinding trolley for steel rails
The invention discloses an intelligent steel rail grinding trolley which is provided with a walking mechanism capable of achieving upward walking of a steel rail, and positioning of the walking mechanism on the steel rail is achieved through positioning and pressing mechanisms which are designed on the two sides of a trolley frame and composed of a plurality of sets of rolling wheels. The direction of the walking mechanism on the steel rail is changed through a reversing mechanism designed in the center of the walking mechanism. The grinding system is provided with a transverse shaft, a grinding wheel feed shaft and a rotating shaft in the rail length direction, and steel rail grinding is achieved through control of the control system. Meanwhile, a measuring mechanism is further designed, and in the grinding process, a roller at the tail end of a connecting rod is always in contact with the steel rail; the relative position between the grinding head grinding wheel end face and the steel rail face can be calculated by measuring the connecting rod rotation angle and the roller diameter. The control system is controlled by an industrial personal computer and a PLC, and has the functions of polishing motor current feedback control and polishing process automatic planning. The device can automatically polish line steel rails and turnout steel rail pieces according to setting, and is high in operation efficiency, safe, environment-friendly and energy-saving.
本发明公开一种钢轨智能打磨小车,设计有可实现钢轨上行走走行机构,该走行机构在钢轨上的定位通过车架两侧设计的由多组滚轮构成的定位压紧机构实现;走行机构在钢轨上的方向转换通过在走行机构中心设计的换向机构实现。设计有打磨系统具有横向轴、砂轮进刀轴以及绕轨长方向转动轴三个运动轴,通过控制系统控制实现钢轨打磨。同时,还设计有测量机构,在打磨过程中,使其中的连杆末端辊轮始终与钢轨接触;通过测量连杆转动角度以及滚轮直径可计算磨头砂轮端面距钢轨面相对位置。控制系统采用工控机+PLC控制,具有打磨电机电流反馈控制以及打磨工艺自动规划的功能。本发明可自动按照设定打磨线路钢轨及道岔钢轨件,作业效率高,安全、环保、节能。
