The multiple sets of spliced temporary pier assemblies are arranged at intervals in the transverse direction to form a roadway-crossing spliced temporary pier set, and every two transversely-adjacent spliced temporary pier assemblies cross a roadway. The protection platform comprises longitudinal bearing beams and a supporting bridge deck, and the supporting bridge deck is located at the top of the traffic lane; the system further comprises a ramp pushing supporting structure. The temporary piers can be reasonably designed, smooth traffic of a lower roadway can be guaranteed, the line shape of an installation bridge can be guaranteed in the pushing process, and meanwhile the ramp installation work is reasonably arranged after smooth pushing in place.
