The invention aims to provide a honeycomb-shaped fabricated building component and a horizontal connection method, the component is of a honeycomb-shaped regular hexagonal prism structure, the material of the component is homogeneous concrete, cored/hollow concrete or a high-strength thermal insulation composite material, and the component is integrally formed in a fabricated construction or 3D printing mode. The component is divided into a functional component and a comprehensive pipe rack component, two regular hexagonal surfaces of the component are kept horizontal, six prismatic surfaces of the component are kept in a vertical state, and the component keeps the specific posture to ensure that each vertical prismatic surface has an opportunity to be connected with the other component in the water surface direction; when the functional component is connected with the vertical ridge surface of the comprehensive pipe gallery component, a channel door can be established and connected with a pipeline groove, and a fixed window can be formed in the vertical ridge surface on the opposite side.
