The invention aims to provide a round top cover of a honeycomb-shaped fabricated building component, the round top cover can be made of concrete or a high-strength thermal insulation composite material or fiber-reinforced lunar soil concrete (when a honeycomb-shaped fabricated building needs to be built on the moon), a semi-enclosed interior can be hollow and also can be filled with a thermal insulation material and a toughness-enhanced protective material, and the honeycomb-shaped fabricated building component can be made of the fiber-reinforced lunar soil concrete. The bottom of the circular top cover can be provided with a cylindrical bottom plate which is made of the same material and has the same thickness as the cover plate, and the outer surface of the circular top cover can cover a solar photovoltaic panel. The circular top cover is produced in an assembly type building factory or is finished in a continuous 3D printing mode on site. When the round top cover and the regular hexagon face of the honeycomb-shaped assembly type building component are connected and installed on the horizontal face and the vertical face, the bottom circular ring face (or the bottom plate face) of the round top cover is connected in a buckled-in mode and in a bolt connection mode.
