Silicon dioxide aerogel as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses silicon dioxide aerogel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a silicon source and a solvent, and carrying out hydrolysis reaction and polycondensation gel forming to obtain wet gel; (2) performing aging, solution replacement and drying on the wet gel to obtain silicon dioxide aerogel; wherein the solvent comprises water, alcohol and normal hexane. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the n-hexane is added into the solvent, so that the heat insulation performance of the prepared silicon dioxide aerogel can be improved. Furthermore, the mechanical property of the aerogel can be improved through the reinforcement of the quartz fibers. The thermal insulation performance and the mechanical property of the silicon dioxide aerogel can be improved under the conditions of uncomplicated experiment conditions and low cost, and the application prospect is good.
本发明公开了一种二氧化硅气凝胶及其制备方法和应用。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将硅源和溶剂混合后,进行水解反应和缩聚成胶,得到湿凝胶;(2)对所述湿凝胶进行老化、溶液置换和干燥,得到二氧化硅气凝胶;其中,所述溶剂包括水、醇和正己烷。本发明的方法通过在溶剂中加入正己烷,可以提升制备得到的二氧化硅气凝胶的隔热性能。进一步地,通过石英纤维进行强化,可提高气凝胶的力学性能。本发明可以在不复杂的实验条件和低成本条件下提高二氧化硅气凝胶的隔热性能和力学性能,应用前景好。
