The invention discloses a preparation method of a fault fracture zone grouting and water plugging material, and relates to the technical field of mine grouting, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing pretreated bauxite, limestone, gypsum and slag, and calcining at high temperature to obtain clinker B; magnesia and calcium sulphoaluminate are added into the clinker B, and the obtained mixture is ground, so that the mixture is mixed with a mixture D obtained by grinding sodium polycarboxylate, sodium sulfide and mirabilite, and the rapid coagulation of the bauxite can be further improved; and the mixture is matched with the polyether polyol organic water plugging material for use, so that the strength of the mining grouting water plugging material can be improved. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and easy to implement, is easy for large-scale production, does not disperse when meeting water, is high in condensation speed, and is a mining grouting and water plugging material which is low in cost, green, environment-friendly, rapid in condensation, high in strength, low in permeability, energy-saving and efficient.
本发明公开了一种断层破碎带注浆堵水材料的制备方法,涉及矿用注浆技术领域,其首先将预处理后的铝矾土、石灰石、石膏及矿渣混合,经过高温煅烧得到熟料B;在该熟料B中加入镁砂及硫铝酸钙,并将所得混合物进行研磨,这样与由聚羧酸钠、硫化钠、芒硝研磨得到的混合料D进行混合,可以进一步提高铝矾土的快速凝结;之后置于球磨机进行研磨,配合聚醚多元醇有机堵水材料使用,可提高矿用注浆堵水材料的强度。本发明制备方法简单易行,易于规模化生产,遇水不分散,凝结速度快,是一种低成本、绿色环保、快速凝结、高强度、低渗透率、节能高效的矿用注浆堵水材料。
