The invention relates to the technical field of foundations, and discloses a method for detecting a pile bottom composite post-grouting pile end expanded head, which comprises the following steps of: obtaining a detection hole channel: on the basis of a reserved channel of a pile body, obtaining the detection hole channel which longitudinally penetrates through the expanded head; and detection: detecting the expanded head through the detection hole channel, and obtaining the forming size and the grouting reinforcement effect of the expanded head by utilizing a tube wave detection technology. According to the detection method for the pile bottom combined type post-grouting pile end expanded head, the detection cost of a single pile is reduced, and the detection efficiency is improved.
