The invention discloses a high-water-head distributed ship lock water transportation system, which adopts a water quantity adjusting tank to adapt to the upstream and downstream water level change of a high-water-head distributed ship lock, and combines with the arrangement of a plurality of water tanks on the side of a lock chamber, so that the water quantity of the ship lock is not exchanged with the water quantity of a middle channel; the novel ship lock water conveying form for water conveying between the upper-stage lock chamber and the lower-stage lock chamber of the distributed ship lock is achieved. A water volume adjusting tank and a plurality of tank chambers A are arranged on the two sides of a first-stage ship lock chamber respectively, and a plurality of tank chambers B are arranged on the side of a second-stage ship lock chamber. The lock chambers of the upper and lower ship locks are connected through the middle channel, so that ships can continuously pass through the upper and lower ship locks conveniently.
