The invention provides a quick-change device (1) for construction machinery, which is used for realizing quick releasable locking between a host (2) and a working accessory (3), and comprises a main body (10), which is provided with a front end and a rear end along the longitudinal direction; the locking pin (20) can move in the longitudinal direction, penetrates through the rear end and is used for locking the rear pin shaft (70) between the outer end of the locking pin (20) and the rear end of the main body (10) in a releasable mode; the locking block (40) is arranged at the front end of the main body (10) in a pivoted mode so as to be switched between an opening state and a locking state, in the opening state, a front pin shaft (60) used for being connected with an operation accessory (3) can enter and move out of the position between the locking block (40) and the front end of the main body (10), and in the locking state, the front pin shaft (60) is locked between the locking block (40) and the front end of the main body (10); the driving mechanism (30) is located between the locking pin (20) and the locking block (40) and comprises a first driving part (31) and a second driving part (32) which do linear motion oppositely in the longitudinal direction, and the first driving part (31) is slidably connected with the locking block (40) to drive the locking block (40) to pivot so as to be switched between the opening state and the locking state; the front pin shaft (60) can enter and exit between the locking block (40) and the front end of the main body (10) in the opening state, the front pin shaft (60) is locked between the locking block (40) and the front end of the main body (10) in the locking state, and the second driving part (32) is used for driving the locking pin (20) to move in the longitudinal direction.
