The present disclosure relates to a quick connection device and engineering machinery. The quick connection device is used for connecting a tool (101) to a mounting base (104); the tool (101) comprises a first tool pin shaft (102) and a second tool pin shaft (103) extending in a preset direction (x); the quick connection device comprises at least one of a first locking member (1) and a second locking member (2); the first locking member (1) is used for locking the first tool pin shaft (102) and has a first locking state and a first unlocking state which can be automatically switched; the second locking member (2) is used for locking the second tool pin shaft (103) and has a second locking state and a second unlocking state which can be automatically switched.
