The invention provides a quick change device for engineering machinery, which is used for realizing quick releasable connection between a host and an operation accessory, and comprises a main body (10), which is provided with a front end and a rear end along the longitudinal direction, and the rear end is provided with a through pin hole (12); the locking pin (20) can longitudinally move along the pin hole (12) so as to lock a rear pin shaft of the operation accessory between the outer end of the locking pin (20) and the rear end of the main body (10) in a releasable manner; the locking block (80) is used for receiving a front pin shaft of the operation accessory and is arranged at the front end of the main body (10), the locking block (80) can move up and down in the main body (10) so as to be switched between an opening state and a locking state, the front pin shaft of the operation accessory can enter and exit from the locking block (80) in the opening state, and the front pin shaft of the operation accessory can enter and exit from the locking block (80) in the locking state. And in the locking state, the front pin shaft of the operation accessory is locked between the locking block (80) and the front end of the main body (10).
