The oil return end of the main control valve unit is connected with an oil inlet of the oil return distribution unit, an oil outlet of the oil return distribution unit is connected with the circulating cooling unit, the auxiliary cooling unit supplies stored energy to the circulating cooling unit, and an oil outlet of the circulating cooling unit is connected with a hydraulic oil tank. The invention is mainly applied to engineering machinery such as excavators.
