The invention discloses a bin transition intelligent integrated carrying platform suitable for a steel box girder inspection robot and a transition method. The carrying platform comprises an upper computer control terminal, a carrying frame, a carrying device, an electromagnetic stabilizing device and a motion control system; the carrying frame comprises two groups of platform wheels and is provided with a driving motor so as to realize advancing and retreating of the carrying platform; the carrying device is mounted at the upper end of the carrying frame and is provided with a lifting and rotating system so as to realize release and recovery of the inspection trolley; the electromagnetic stabilizing device is installed at the lower end of the carrying frame and provided with an electromagnet and a lifting system so as to fix the carrying platform in the working state. Therefore, by means of the intelligent integrated carrying platform, the transition effect of the inspection trolley between the steel box girder box chambers can be achieved, and high-efficiency and high-intelligence steel box girder automatic inspection work is achieved.
