The invention relates to a self-propelled ground seam gluing machine and a using method, the gluing machine comprises a moving assembly, a gluing assembly, a transmission assembly and a driving assembly, the moving assembly comprises a bottom plate, a front wheel is arranged at the front end of the bottom plate, a rear wheel is arranged at the rear end of the bottom plate, and a glue outlet hole is formed in the position, close to the rear wheel, of the bottom plate; the gluing assembly comprises a glue barrel and a glue tube glue pressing assembly, the bottom of the glue barrel is open, the bottom of the glue barrel is inserted into the glue outlet hole, the glue tube glue pressing assembly comprises a glue pressing plate arranged in the glue barrel, and the glue pressing plate is used for extruding ground seam glue in the glue barrel to enable the ground seam glue to be poured into the glue outlet hole; the transmission assembly is connected with the driving assembly and obtains original transmission force from the driving assembly, the transmission assembly drives the front wheel to drive the bottom plate to move, and the transmission assembly further drives the glue pressing plate to move up and down along the inner wall of the glue barrel.
