Transmission tower foundation leveling device and method
The invention discloses a power transmission tower foundation leveling device and method. The power transmission tower foundation leveling device is characterized in that a foundation main column is fixed to a tower foot of a power transmission tower; the rigid ground beams are connected with the adjacent foundation main columns; the adjustor is of a transversely-arranged H-shaped structure and detachably connected to the top of the foundation main column. The top of the regulator is detachably connected with the tower foot plate; the steel beam is inserted into the two opening ends of the adjustor to be detachably connected; the jacks are correspondingly fixed to the two ends of each steel beam and used for jacking the steel beams. The power transmission tower above the goaf can be rectified and leveled when differential settlement occurs, and meanwhile stable operation of the power transmission tower is guaranteed. According to the actual differential settlement condition of an iron tower, jacks at the two ends of a steel beam are used for jacking the steel beam in the direction needing to be adjusted to a proper position so as to eliminate the settlement difference, and a rigid ground beam used for being connected with a foundation main column limits horizontal displacement of a tower foot in the adjusting process; therefore, the tower foot is prevented from generating overlarge horizontal displacement to cause damage to an iron tower structure.
本发明公开了一种输电杆塔基础调平装置及方法,包括基础主柱固定在输电杆塔的塔脚处;刚性地梁连接相邻的基础主柱;调节器呈横置H形结构,调节器可拆卸连接在基础主柱的顶部;调节器的顶部与塔脚板进行可拆卸连接;钢梁插入调节器的两个开口端进行可拆卸连接;千斤顶对应固定在每个钢梁的两端,对钢梁进行顶升。能够对采空区上方的输电塔在发生不均匀沉降时能够对其进行纠偏调平,同时保证输电塔运行的稳定。根据铁塔的实际不均匀沉降情况,使用钢梁两端的千斤顶将需要调节的方向上的钢梁顶起至合适位置来消除沉降差,并且用于连接基础主柱的刚性地梁限制在调节过程中塔脚产生水平位移,以保证塔脚不会产生过大的水平位移而导致铁塔结构破坏。
