Golden yellow tungsten oxide/carbon-based composite film as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a golden yellow tungsten oxide/carbon-based composite film as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) synthesizing a water-based precursor rich in a tungsten source and a carbon source; 2) coating the aqueous precursor obtained in the step 1) on a substrate to form a film to obtain a sample; and 3) annealing the sample obtained in the step 2) to obtain the tungsten oxide/carbon-based composite film, the film has metallic luster and electrochromic performance, the preparation method is simple, and meanwhile, the tungsten oxide/carbon-based composite film can be applied to electronic products.
本发明公开了一种金黄色氧化钨/碳基复合薄膜及其制备方法和应用,包括:1)合成富含钨源和碳源的水性前驱体;2)将步骤1)得到的水性前驱体在衬底上涂覆成膜,得样品;3)将步骤2)得到的样品进行退火处理,得到氧化钨/碳基复合薄膜,该薄膜具有金属光泽和电致变色性能,且制备方法简单,同时能够适用于电子产品中。
