The invention discloses a a barium titanate-based X9R type dielectric material for a multilayer ceramic capacitor, and a preparation method thereof. The chemical formula of the material is 0.85BT-0.15BNT-0.02Nb2O5-0.02MgO-xCaZrO3, wherein x is equal to 1.0-3.0 mol%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3; preparing 0.85BaTiO3-0.15Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3;putting raw materials into a ball mill, mixing and ball-milling by using a wet ball-milling process, and drying to obtain ceramic powder; grinding, granulating, sieving and carrying out dry pressing molding to obtain a ceramic green body; and discharging glue and sintering to obtain the product. The dielectric ceramic material prepared by the invention meets the condition that the capacitance-temperature change rate |delta C/C25 DEG C| is less than or equal to 15% within the temperature range of -55-200 DEG C, the dielectric constant at room temperature is about 1940, and the room-temperature dielectric loss does not exceed 2.0%.
本发明公开了一种钛酸钡基X9R型多层陶瓷电容器用介质材料及制备方法。该材料化学式为0.85BT‑0.15BNT‑0.02Nb2O5‑0.02MgO‑xCaZrO3,其中x=1.0~3.0mol%。其制备方法为:制备Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3;制备0.85BaTiO3‑0.15Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3;原料放入球磨机中用湿式球磨法混合球磨,并经烘干得到陶瓷粉体;研磨、造粒、过筛,干压成型得到陶瓷生坯;排胶后在烧结,即得到。本发明制备的介质陶瓷材料在‑55~200℃温度范围内满足容温变化率|△C/C25℃|≤15%,且室温下介电常数约为1940,室温介电损耗不超过2.0%。
