The invention relates to an integrated device and method for grouting reinforcement and toughness improvement of fractured rock mass. The device is provided with an anchor head and an anchor rod. And grouting reinforcement can be carried out on the interest rock mass through the opening of the anchor rod, so that the strength of the fractured rock mass is improved. And through the first energy dissipation system and the second energy dissipation system of the anchor head, the shock resistance and toughness of the high rock mass are improved. Through the arrangement mode of disc springs in the first energy dissipation system, earthquake loads can be effectively consumed. The second buffer platform firstly transmits an earthquake load to an end ring of an annular spring, the second buffer platform is extruded by axial stress, an outer ring of the annular spring expands, an inner ring of the annular spring contracts, and meanwhile the outer ring and the inner ring rotate relatively under the action of vertical stress so as to dilute impact of the vertical stress; and through the self-resetting friction damper, self-resetting is realized after the stress system is stable, so that the optimal working state is achieved. According to the method, the fractured rock mass can be effectively reinforced, fracture extension is inhibited, and the overall toughness of the reinforced rock mass is improved.
本发明涉及用于裂隙岩体注浆加固与韧性提升的一体化装置及方法。本装置设置了锚头与锚杆。通过锚杆的开口可以对利息岩体进行注浆加固,从而增加裂隙岩体的强度。通过锚头的第一消能系统及第二消能系统,提升高岩体的抗震能力和韧性。第一消能系统中碟簧的设置方式,能够有效的对地震荷载进行消耗。第二缓冲平台首先将地震荷载传递至环形弹簧的端环,受到轴向的应力挤压,环形弹簧的外环扩张,环形弹簧的内环收缩,同时在垂直向应力的作用下外环与内环发生相对转动,以稀释垂直向应力的冲击,并通过自复位摩擦阻尼器在应力系统稳定后实现自复位达到最佳工作状态。本发明可以对裂隙岩体进行有效的加固,抑制裂隙扩展,提升其加固后的整体韧性。
