The material A comprises an active mixture, after polymerization of active mixtures such as N-isopropylacrylamide, methylene bisacrylamide, methylene bisacrylamide, methylene bisacrylamide and the like in the active mixtures is completed, multiple amido bonds are formed; after the material A and the material B are mixed, N-isopropylacrylamide, methylene bisacrylamide, methylene bisacrylamide and methylene bisacrylamide are subjected to in-situ polymerization to form copolymer macromolecules, the copolymer macromolecules have an amphiphilic structure, and slurry formed by the inorganic grouting material is rapidly solidified, so that slurry leakage is avoided, and the problem of serious slurry leakage of loose and broken coal mine tunnels is solved.
