The invention discloses an offshore oil leakage calculation and gridding recovery method, which comprises the following steps of: measuring by monitoring unmanned aerial vehicle swarm carried laser triangulation measurement equipment, and correcting an error in combination with a beaker experiment, so as to obtain the oil leakage with relatively high precision; a monitoring unmanned aerial vehicle swarm, an oil absorption bag with a positioner, a control integrated system and a second unmanned aerial vehicle swarm are arranged on the surface of the front half section of the ship body; extrusion equipment and an oil containment boom are arranged on the surface of the rear half section of the ship body; the oil storage tank and the oil absorption bag storage bin are arranged in the cabin of the ship body, and the unmanned aerial vehicle bee colony and a novel graphene adsorption material are combined for use, so that leaked oil is recovered more quickly, intelligently and efficiently. By using the unmanned aerial vehicle swarms, the working intensity during manual operation is reduced, the high recovery efficiency of the leaked petroleum on the sea is guaranteed, the leaked petroleum can be fully recovered in a short time under the condition that the number of the unmanned aerial vehicle swarms and the number of the oil absorption bags are enough, and the harm to the environment on the sea caused by petroleum leakage is reduced.
