The invention discloses a micro-laminated ceramic cutter material with a thermal barrier function and a preparation method thereof, the micro-laminated ceramic cutter material comprises a matrix layer material and a surface layer material, the matrix layer material comprises the following components by volume: 40-50 parts of Al2O3; 15 to 25 parts of TiC; 25 to 35 parts of WC; 2 to 6 parts of Ni; 1 to 4 parts of Mo; 2 to 5 parts of Co; 0.5 to 2 parts of MgO; the surface layer material is prepared from the following components in parts by volume: 50 to 60 parts of Al2O3; 30 to 40 parts of (W, Ti) C; 4 to 10 parts of nano ZrO2; and 0.3 to 0.7 part of MgO. Charging by adopting a powder layered paving and filling method, paving the composite powder of the matrix layer material in the middle, paving the composite powder of the surface layer material on the two sides, pre-pressing, and then carrying out vacuum hot pressing sintering, so as to obtain the micro-laminated ceramic cutter with the thermal barrier function. The prepared micro-laminated ceramic cutter has the characteristics of hard outside and tough inside, and has a thermal barrier function and good mechanical properties.
本发明公开了一种具有热障功能的微叠层陶瓷刀具材料及其制备方法,包括基体层材料和表层材料,其中,所述基体层材料,按体积份计,其组成为:Al2O3 40‑50份;TiC 15‑25份;WC 25‑35份;Ni 2‑6份;Mo 1‑4份;Co 2‑5份;MgO 0.5‑2份;所述表层材料,按体积份计,其组成为:Al2O3 50‑60份;(W,Ti)C 30‑40份;纳米ZrO2 4‑10份;MgO 0.3‑0.7份。采用粉末分层铺填法装料,将基体层材料的复合粉末铺装于中间,表层材料的复合粉末铺装于两侧,预压后真空热压烧结,得到具有热障功能的微叠层陶瓷刀具。制备的微叠层陶瓷刀具具有外硬内韧的特点,兼具热障功能及良好的力学性能。
