Comprising the following steps: forming a bonding layer; paving is conducted; paving a leveling layer; the surface temperature is detected, and whether the asphalt construction process meets the requirement or not is judged according to the surface temperature; if it is judged that the asphalt construction process does not meet the requirement, the initial laying temperature during stirring of the asphalt mixture is adjusted to a corresponding value according to the temperature standard difference value, or the compaction pressure of the rolling machine is adjusted to a corresponding value according to the uniformity difference value, or the heating power of an infrared heating device is adjusted to a corresponding value according to the evaluation value difference value. By detecting the surface temperature of the paving layer of the experimental road section, whether the state of the paving layer meets the requirement or not is judged according to the surface temperature, and when it is judged that the state of the paving layer does not meet the requirement, parameters in the asphalt pavement construction process are adjusted in time; therefore, the quality stability during construction of the asphalt pavement is improved.
本发明涉及路面施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种沥青路面及其施工工艺。包括:形成粘结层;摊铺;铺平层;检测表面温度,根据表面温度对沥青施工过程是否符合要求进行判定;若判定沥青施工过程不符合要求,根据温度标准差值将所述沥青混合料进行搅拌时的初始铺设温度调节至对应值,或,根据均匀度差值将所述碾压机的压实压力调节至对应值,或,根据评价值差值将红外加热装置的加热功率调节至对应值。本发明通过对实验路段的铺平层的表面温度进行检测,从而根据表面温度对铺平层的状态是否符合要求进行判定,并在判定铺平层状态不符合要求时,及时对沥青路面施工过程中的参数进行调节,从而提高沥青路面施工时的质量的稳定性。
