The invention discloses a modification method for a newly-added pile winding crane of a wind power platform, which comprises the following steps of: reinforcing and modifying an original pile fixing chamber, and performing segmented modification according to a structure; the pile winding crane base is prefabricated, and the structure of the pile winding crane base is manufactured; and the pile winding hoisting base is hoisted, the platform is lifted to a proper height in the pile inserting state, and positioning and welding are conducted. By additionally arranging the pile winding crane on the platform and accurately prefabricating and installing the pile winding crane, the hoisting capacity and the operation efficiency during wind power installation can be remarkably improved. The newly added pile winding crane enables the platform to independently complete the installation of the main tower of the wind driven generator without depending on the assistance of other floating cranes, so that the installation process is simplified, and the construction period is shortened. The manufactured wind power platform can meet the installation requirements of larger wind driven generators and can work under more complex sea conditions.
