The invention discloses a steel pipe pile horizontal grouting device and a using method thereof. The steel pipe pile horizontal grouting device comprises a steel pipe body. One end of the steel pipe body is an end A, and the other end of the steel pipe body is an end B; the end A is positioned at the tail end of the steel pipe body; the end B is positioned in the steel pipe body; a steel mould I is detachably arranged at the end A; a steel mould II is welded at the end B; a concrete pouring hole I is formed in the steel mould I; a concrete pouring pipe I penetrates into the concrete pouring hole I; a guide rail is arranged on the inner wall of the steel pipe body; a pulley block lifting ring is arranged on the guide rail; the concrete pouring pipe I is movably connected with the guide rail through a pulley block hanging ring. According to the device and method, concrete grout can be efficiently poured into the steel pipe pile body on the land, the poured concrete is compact and firm, and the strength of the steel pipe pile body is well guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种钢管桩卧式灌浆装置及其使用方法，包括钢管体；所述钢管体的一端设为A端，另一端设为B端；所述A端位于钢管体的末端；所述B端位于钢管体内部；在所述A端可拆卸的设有钢模Ⅰ；在所述B端焊接有钢模Ⅱ；所述钢模Ⅰ上设有混凝土浇筑孔Ⅰ；所述混凝土浇筑孔Ⅰ穿入混凝土浇筑管Ⅰ；所述钢管体的内壁上设有导轨；所述导轨上设有滑轮组吊环；所述混凝土浇筑管Ⅰ通过滑轮组吊环可活动的与导轨连接。本发明装置及方法能够高效的在陆地上对钢管桩体进行混凝土浆液的灌注，并且灌注的混凝土紧密结实，让钢管桩体的强度得到良好的保证。
