Demolishing and building integrated construction method for old rigid frame bridge and newly-built tied arch bridge
A dismantling and building integrated construction method for an old rigid frame bridge and a newly-built tied-arch bridge comprises the steps that firstly, a first-span approach bridge of the old bridge is dismantled, piers of the newly-built tied-arch bridge are constructed, then main and side span bridge floors of the old rigid frame bridge are used as platforms to build a temporary bridge floor system, and arch bridge tie bars are installed and constructed on the temporary bridge floor. The method comprises the following steps of: mounting an arch ring and a suspender of an arch bridge on an old bridge by adopting a bracket method, mounting two on-arch cranes on the arch ring, dismounting a side span and a main span of the old bridge by utilizing the two on-arch cranes in a matched manner, and finally hoisting and mounting a bridge deck of the newly-built tied-arch bridge by utilizing the on-arch cranes, thereby completing the dismounting of the old rigid frame bridge and the construction of the newly-built tied-arch bridge. Bridge dismounting and bridge building are conducted in a crossed mode, some procedures can be conducted synchronously, and the construction period can be shortened; the old bridge deck is used as an arch bridge straining beam mounting and arch ring assembling platform, so that the cost can be saved; the new bridge arch ring is used as a crane bearing system for dismantling the old rigid frame bridge, the equipment investment is low, and the safety is high.
一种老旧刚构桥和新建系杆拱桥的拆建一体化施工方法,首先拆除旧桥一跨引桥,施工新建系杆拱桥的桥墩,然后利用老旧刚构桥主、边跨桥面作为平台搭设临时桥面系,在临时桥面上进行拱桥系杆安装施工,并采用支架法在旧桥上安装拱桥的拱圈和吊杆,再在拱圈上安装两台拱上吊机,利用两台拱上吊机配合拆除旧桥边跨和主跨,最后再利用拱上吊机起吊安装新建系杆拱桥的桥面板,完成老旧刚构桥拆除和新建系杆拱桥建设施工。本发明拆桥和建桥交叉施工,一些工序可同步进行,可缩短工期;利用旧桥桥面作为拱桥系梁安装和拱圈拼装平台,可节约成本;利用新桥拱圈作为拆除老旧刚构桥的吊机承载体系,设备投入少,安全性高。
