The construction method comprises the steps that the arrangement positions of the construction elevator and an adjusting support are determined; determining the height of an adjusting support steel frame; the mounting positions of the main supporting leg embedded steel plate and the auxiliary supporting leg track embedded steel plate are determined and fixed through chemical bolts; the main supporting leg is hinged to the embedded steel plate, and the auxiliary supporting leg is installed on the auxiliary supporting leg track; assembling a left supporting leg and a right supporting leg between the main supporting leg and the auxiliary supporting leg; according to the application condition that the construction elevator needs to be lifted to the top face of the main body structure, supporting legs are additionally arranged in the stand columns to enhance the earthquake resistance of the structure. The purpose that the use height of the construction elevator is increased to the highest elevation of a building is achieved, the construction elevator can be suitable for various floor structural forms by adjusting the structural form of the frame, mechanical vertical transportation full coverage of people, machines and materials is achieved, the hoisting times of a tower crane and the labor cost are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. The problem of lifting of the lifter under the variable cross-section condition in a complex building structure is solved.
