The invention discloses high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating aerogel and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of aerogel. The preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating aerogel comprises the following steps: firstly, adding L-phenylalanine and graphene oxide into deionized water, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adjusting the pH value, heating and stirring, cooling and dialyzing, and freeze-drying to obtain modified graphene oxide; mixing a silicon source, absolute ethyl alcohol and acid, and stirring at room temperature to obtain a precursor solution; dissolving the modified graphene oxide in absolute ethyl alcohol, performing ultrasonic dispersion, mixing with the precursor solution, adding alkali, and continuously stirring to obtain sol; pressing the fibers into a fiber prefabricated part; immersing the obtained fiber prefabricated member into the sol, vacuumizing and maintaining the pressure, and recovering to normal pressure to obtain a fiber and sol composite material; and finally, aging, drying and sintering the fiber and sol composite material to obtain the high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating aerogel.
