SiC-based high-temperature-resistant wave-absorbing and heat-insulating aerogel and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-temperature-resistant wave-absorbing material, in particular to SiC-based high-temperature-resistant wave-absorbing heat-insulating aerogel and a preparation method thereof, and aims to overcome the defects of complex process flow and poor controllability of prepared finished products of multi-component composite aerogel prepared in the prior art. The SiC-based high-temperature-resistant wave-absorbing and heat-insulating aerogel comprises a porous SiC fiber skeleton formed by chopped SiC fibers and SiC nanowires growing on the surface of the porous SiC fiber skeleton, and meanwhile, the invention provides a method for preparing the aerogel through a sol-gel combined carbon thermal reduction method.
本发明涉及耐高温吸波材料的制备方法,具体涉及一种基于SiC的耐高温吸波隔热气凝胶及其制备方法,为解决现有技术所制备的多元复合气凝胶存在工艺流程复杂、制备成品可控性差的不足之处。本发明基于SiC的耐高温吸波隔热气凝胶包括由短切SiC纤维构成的多孔SiC纤维骨架,以及生长在多孔SiC纤维骨架表面的SiC纳米线,同时提供通过溶胶‑凝胶结合的碳热还原法制备得到上述气凝胶的方法。
