Wave-transparent heat-insulating aerogel material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a wave-transparent heat-insulating aerogel material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing alumina nano powder in water, adding an adsorbent solution, uniformly mixing, and carrying out a hydrothermal reaction in a hydrothermal kettle; adding a wave-transparent and light-shading dual-functional auxiliary agent nano powder and ceramic fibers into the obtained wet gel, and putting the mixture into a kneading machine with a stirring paddle to be stirred and kneaded until the mixture is uniformly dispersed; placing the obtained wet gel in a mold for aging molding, carrying out solvent replacement on the molded gel block by using an organic solvent, and then carrying out supercritical drying to obtain aerogel; and carrying out heat treatment on the obtained aerogel to obtain the wave-transparent heat-insulating aerogel material. The wave-transparent material with good uniformity, high temperature resistance grade and efficient heat insulation is obtained.
本发明公开了一种透波隔热气凝胶材料及其制备方法,属于复合材料技术领域。本发明将氧化铝纳米粉分散于水中,加入吸附剂溶液,混合均匀后置于水热釜中进行水热反应;在得到的湿凝胶中加入透波‑遮光双功能助剂纳米粉和陶瓷纤维,置于带搅拌桨的捏合机中进行搅拌捏合,直至分散均匀;将得到的湿凝胶置于模具内老化成型,成型后的凝胶块使用有机溶剂进行溶剂置换,再进行超临界干燥得到气凝胶;将得到的气凝胶进行热处理,得到透波隔热气凝胶材料。本发明得到了一种兼具良好均一性、高耐温等级、高效隔热的透波材料。
