The invention discloses a ceramic substrate and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of electronic packaging materials, the ceramic substrate comprises a plurality of green tapes which are arranged in a laminated manner, each green tape has a first surface and a second surface which are opposite to each other, and the first surfaces/second surfaces of the plurality of green tapes face the same direction. The directions of the green tapes of the ceramic substrate provided by the invention are consistent, so that the green tapes have good interface bonding, and the phenomenon that layering is easy to occur during sintering is improved.

本发明公开了一种陶瓷基板及其制备方法，涉及电子封装材料技术领域，其中，陶瓷基板包括叠层设置的多个生瓷带，生瓷带具有相对的第一表面和第二表面，多个生瓷带的第一表面/第二表面的朝向相同。本发明提供的陶瓷基板的各个生瓷带的方向一致，这样可以使得各层生瓷带之间具有良好的界面结合，进而改善了烧结时容易出现分层的现象。
