The invention relates to the technical field of graphite-based ceramic coating materials, in particular to a preparation method of a graphite-based Yb2O3-TiB2-SiC ceramic coating material. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing SiC powder, TiB2 powder and Yb2O3 powder, coating a graphite substrate with the mixture, sintering, applying pressure in the sintering process, controlling the sintering pressure to be 30MPa, and obtaining the graphite-based Yb2O3-TiB2-SiC ceramic coating material after the sintering process is finished. According to the method, sintering is carried out under the pressure applying condition, a SiC bottom layer does not need to be prepared between the graphite matrix and the ceramic coating, the problem that the performance of the ceramic coating is unstable due to mismatching of thermal expansion coefficients between the graphite matrix and the ceramic coating can be solved, the obtained ceramic coating and the matrix are well combined, the surface of the ceramic coating is flat, and the service life of the ceramic coating is prolonged. Components are uniformly distributed, no obvious defect exists, and the performance is stable; and meanwhile, the preparation method is simpler and more efficient, the thickness of the coating is controllable, and the application prospect is wide.
本发明涉及石墨基陶瓷涂层材料技术领域,具体涉及一种石墨基Yb2O3‑TiB2‑SiC陶瓷涂层材料的制备方法。本发明方法将SiC粉料、TiB2粉料以及Yb2O3粉料混合均匀,并包覆在石墨基体上进行烧结,在烧结的过程中进行施压,控制烧结的压力为30MPa,在烧结程序结束后,即可得到石墨基Yb2O3‑TiB2‑SiC陶瓷涂层材料。本发明方法在施压的条件下进行烧结,无需在石墨基体与陶瓷涂层之间制备SiC底层,即可解决了石墨基体与陶瓷涂层之间由于热膨胀系数不匹配导致的陶瓷涂层性能不稳定的问题,所得陶瓷涂层与基体间结合良好,陶瓷涂层表面平整,成分分布均匀,没有明显的缺陷,性能稳定;同时制备方法更加的简单、高效,涂层厚度可控,有广阔的应用前景。
