The supporting mechanism is connected with a storage mechanism, the storage mechanism comprises a storage roller, the storage roller is coaxially connected with a feeding pipe, the storage roller is connected with a hose communicated with the feeding pipe in a winding mode, and the maintenance spray head is connected to the hose; the feeding pipe is connected to a maintenance medium source, when the maintenance spray head moves on the supporting mechanism, the storage roller rotates synchronously so that the hose can be released or stored in the storage roller, and when the storage roller rotates, the feeding pipe is opened; according to the device, automatic release and storage of the hose and automatic supply and closing of the curing medium are achieved, and the situation that the curing medium is excessively sprayed at the fixed position of concrete when movement of the curing spray head is blocked is avoided.
