Repair method for blocky SiCf/SiC ceramic matrix composite component
The invention discloses a repair method for a blocky SiCf/SiC ceramic matrix composite component. The repair method mainly comprises the steps of processing pretreatment, fiber preform repair, fiber line reinforcement, CVI deposition repair and the like. In the processing pretreatment step, a damaged material is cut and processed into a dovetail-shaped bulge, and the thickness of the part is slightly reduced, so that a space is reserved for winding of fiber wires. In the fiber prefabricated body repairing step, ceramic fibers are woven into a prefabricated body with the thickness consistent with that of the dovetail-shaped protrusion in a 2.5 D mode, an inner groove matched with the prefabricated body is machined, and the prefabricated body is spliced with a material to be repaired in a mortise and tenon joint structure mode. In the fiber line reinforcing step, SiC fiber lines are used for crosswise winding the tenon-and-mortise connection part in the mutually perpendicular direction for reinforcing. In the CVI deposition repairing step, fiber preforms and fiber lines are deposited by means of a CVI process to form the SiCf/SiC ceramic-based composite material, and the SiCf/SiC ceramic-based composite material is tightly connected with a to-be-repaired part by means of matching of a dovetail-shaped part and cross winding of the fiber lines, so that the damaged material is repaired.
