Asphalt dry-process direct-feeding modifier capable of being quickly melted and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an asphalt dry direct vat modifier capable of being quickly melted and a preparation method thereof. The asphalt dry direct vat modifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-50 parts of butadiene-styrene-butadiene block copolymer; 40 to 45 parts of rubber powder; 0.2-1 part of a sulfur stabilizer; 0.1 to 0.5 part of nano cerium oxide; 2 to 4 parts of diisooctyl sebacate; 2-4 parts of a maleic anhydride grafted or copolymerized polymer; and 3 to 5 parts of polyglycerol-6 stearate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: shearing a butadiene-styrene-butadiene block copolymer at a high speed, and mixing the sheared butadiene-styrene-butadiene block copolymer with rubber powder and diisooctyl sebacate; then adding polyglycerol-6 stearate for high-temperature plastication, then adding the sulfur stabilizer, the nano cerium oxide and the maleic anhydride grafted or copolymerized polymer for mixing with the polyglycerol-6 stearate, and then carrying out high-temperature melt extrusion granulation through a single-screw extruder. The time required by the preparation process is remarkably shortened, the viscosity and elasticity of the asphalt can be remarkably enhanced, the water seepage capacity of the asphalt pavement is improved, and the method is suitable for various drainage pavements and thin-layer pavement application.
本发明公开了一种可快速熔融的沥青干法直投改性剂及制备方法,其原料包括以下重量份含量组成:丁二烯‑苯乙烯‑丁二烯嵌段共聚物45‑50份;橡胶粉40‑45份;硫磺稳定剂0.2‑1份;纳米氧化铈0.1‑0.5份;癸二酸二异辛酯2‑4份;马来酸酐接枝或共聚的聚合物2‑4份;聚甘油‑6硬脂酸酯3‑5份。将丁二烯‑苯乙烯‑丁二烯嵌段共聚物进行高速剪切,与橡胶粉、癸二酸二异辛酯混合。再加入聚甘油‑6硬脂酸酯进行高温塑炼,然后加入硫磺稳定剂、纳米氧化铈、马来酸酐接枝或共聚的聚合物与聚甘油‑6硬脂酸酯进行混炼,再通过单螺杆挤出机高温熔融挤出造粒。本发明显著缩短了制备过程所需时间,能够显著增强沥青粘性与弹性,改善沥青路面的渗水能力,适用于各类排水路面及薄层铺装应用。
