According to the preparation method of the cement stabilizing layer, the cement stabilizing layer is prepared from, by weight, 4-7 parts of cement, 30-37 parts of broken stone, 18-25 parts of cement fragments, 30-37 parts of stone chips and 3-7 parts of recycled powder. Comprising the following steps: weighing cement according to the corresponding weight of a formula; weighing the stone chips according to the weight corresponding to the formula; collecting broken stones, cement fragments and recycled powder, and weighing for later use; feeding the cement, the stone chips, the broken stones, the cement fragments and the recycled powder into a mixing machine, and uniformly stirring; and discharging the stirred mixture out of the mixer, and storing for later use. The cement stabilizing layer has the advantages that the recycled powder is added into the formula, and waste materials generated in asphalt production can be used for manufacturing the cement stabilizing layer, so that waste utilization is realized; after dust generated in asphalt production is recycled, the waste treatment difficulty is reduced, and the method is green and environment-friendly; the recycled powder is naturally generated in the production process of the pavement raw material asphalt and does not need to be additionally prepared, the manufacturing difficulty and complexity of the cement stable layer are not increased, and the production efficiency is kept good.
一种水泥稳定层的制备方法,配方为,水泥4~7份、碎石30~37份、水泥碎块18~25份、石屑30~37份、回收粉3~7份,所述份为重量份。包括以下步骤,称取配方对应重量的水泥;称取配方对应重量的石屑;收集碎石、水泥碎块、回收粉并称重备用;将水泥、石屑、碎石、水泥碎块、回收粉送入混合机中搅拌均匀;将搅拌后的混合料送出混合机后存放备用。本发明的优点在于:配方中加入了回收粉,能利用沥青生产中产生的废料制作水泥稳定层,实现废物利用;沥青生产中产生的粉尘回收使用后,降低了废料处理难度,绿色环保;回收粉是路面原料沥青在生产过程中自然产生的,无需额外制取,未增加水泥稳定层的制作难度和繁琐度,生产效率保持良好。
