The invention relates to the technical field of wind power generation, and aims to provide a fabricated mixed tower fan foundation and a construction method thereof. The fabricated mixed tower fan foundation does not need cast-in-place concrete, the construction process is simple, and all the fabricated units are firmly and reliably connected. The assembly type mixed tower fan foundation comprises a plurality of first prefabricated parts and a plurality of second prefabricated parts which are alternately arranged in the annular direction. The first prefabricated part and the second prefabricated part which are adjacent are connected in an inserted mode through an inserted connection structure, and fasteners are arranged at the inserted connection positions. The problems that in the prior art, an assembly type draught fan foundation still needs to be poured with concrete on site, the construction technology is complex, and connection between assembly units is not firm enough are solved.
