The invention discloses a surface modified steel fiber toughened bauxite castable and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 10-25 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent, 5-10 parts by mass of absolute ethyl alcohol and 60-80 parts by mass of deionized water, soaking steel fibers in a mixed solution for 5-10 minutes, and performing ultrasonic treatment; the steel fibers are taken out and dried for 2-3 h at the temperature of 80 DEG C, then soaked in silica sol for 20-30 min under the vacuum condition, then taken out and dried for 6-8 h at the temperature of 100 DEG C, and surface-modified heat-resistant steel fibers are obtained; 60-80 parts by mass of 85 bauxite clinker, 3-9 parts by mass of activated alumina powder, 2-6 parts by mass of silica powder and 2-4 parts by mass of pure calcium aluminate cement are used as raw materials, 1-3 parts by mass of surface modified heat-resistant steel fibers and 0.05-0.15 part by mass of a water reducing agent are used as additives, and the raw materials and the additives are poured into a stirrer to be stirred; and uniformly stirring to obtain the surface modified steel fiber toughened bauxite castable. The prepared castable has the advantages of being high in strength, good in thermal shock resistance, stable in high-temperature performance and the like.
本发明公开了一种表面改性钢纤维增韧铝矾土质浇注料及其制备方法。将10‑25份质量的硅烷偶联剂、5‑10份质量的无水乙醇和60‑80份质量的去离子水进行混合,将钢纤维浸泡于混合液中5‑10min,并采用超声进行处理;取出钢纤维于80℃条件下干燥2‑3h,再在真空条件下将其浸泡于硅溶胶中20‑30min,然后取出并于100℃条件下干燥6‑8h,得到表面改性耐热钢纤维;将质量份数为60‑80份的85铝矾土熟料、3‑9份的活性氧化铝粉、2‑6份的硅微粉、2‑4份的纯铝酸钙水泥作为原料,将质量份数为1‑3份的表面改性耐热钢纤维和0.05‑0.15份的减水剂作为添加剂,将原料和添加剂倒入搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌均匀即得到表面改性钢纤维增韧铝矾土质浇注料。本发明所制备浇注料具有强度高、热震稳定性好及高温性能稳定等优点。
