The invention discloses a super-long concrete floorboard construction method which comprises the following steps: replacing a telescopic post-cast strip with a pre-cast strip, the pre-cast strip is a floor part in a pure floor area, the pre-cast strip is a floor-beam composite part in a floor-beam intersection area, the pre-cast strip is a prefabricated part, two sides of the pre-cast strip are scabbled, and extended water-stop strips and stressed steel bars are pre-buried; the extension length of the load-bearing steel bar meets the subsequent anchoring requirement; during construction, steel bars of columns and formworks are installed firstly, then supporting frames of beams and floor slabs and formworks are installed, then a pre-cast strip is installed in place, steel bars of the beams and the floor slabs are installed, stressed steel bars on the two sides of a floor slab part are connected with floor slab steel bars on the two sides correspondingly, and stressed steel bars on the two sides of a building beam composite part are connected with steel bars of the floor slabs and the beams on the two sides correspondingly; and then columns and beams and floor slabs on the two sides of the pre-cast strip are cast at a time, and formwork removal is conducted after the concrete strength meets the requirement. According to the method, the whole floor plate is formed through one-time pouring, the pouring time is shortened, and the situation that a telescopic post-pouring belt is reserved is avoided.
本发明公开一种超长混凝土楼面板施工方法,将伸缩后浇带替换为先浇带,先浇带在纯楼板的区域为楼板部、在楼板与梁相交的区域为楼梁复合部,先浇带为预制构件且两侧凿毛并预埋有伸出的止水带和受力钢筋,受力钢筋的伸出长度满足后续锚固要求;施工时,先安装柱的钢筋以及模板,再安装梁和楼板的支撑架以及模板,然后将先浇带安装到位,再安装梁和楼板的钢筋,使楼板部两侧受力钢筋分别与两侧的楼板钢筋连接、楼梁复合部两侧受力钢筋分别与两侧的楼板和梁的钢筋连接,然后一次性浇筑柱以及先浇带两侧的梁和楼板,再在混凝土强度达到要求后拆模。本方法将整层楼面板一次性浇筑形成、减少了浇筑时间,避免了留设伸缩后浇带。
