The anti-freezing agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 8-10 parts of N, N-dimethyl (methacryloyloxyethyl) aminopropanesulfonic acid inner salt, 0.8-1.2 parts of an initiator, 0.3-0.4 part of sodium hydrosulfide, 0.8-1.0 part of sodium hydroxide, 4-6 parts of a super-retarding additive and 45-50 parts of water. The super-retarding polycarboxylic acid water reducer has excellent performance in the aspects of prolonging the concrete setting time, improving the compressive strength and improving the cohesiveness and the water-retaining property, the preparation process is simple, the cost is low, and the super-retarding polycarboxylic acid water reducer has wide application prospects and important engineering value.
